• January 31, 2023 – End of Software Design: No new software updates, enhancements, or features are being developed for MiVoice Office 250.

• June 20, 2024 – End of Device License Sales: Businesses can no longer purchase new phone or trunk licenses to expand their system. If you need to add users or lines, you’ll have to explore workarounds like repurposing existing licenses.

• June 30, 2026 – End of Technical Support: After this date, Mitel will no longer provide official troubleshooting or assistance for MiVoice Office 250.The MiVoice Office Application Suite, which includes Phone Manager, Call Reporter, and Call Recorder, will remain available for a little longer than the core MiVoice Office 250 system, but it is also being phased out.
