Legacy System to Zoom Phone in 6 Weeks
SBCC needed to replace a phone system from the early '90s. Maverick managed the evaluation, helped select Zoom Phone through the Chancellor's Office agreement, and coordinated the deployment. Physical phones dropped from over 1,000 to about 400, backend programming was eliminated, and the transition completed in roughly 6 weeks.
